How does one make Andrew happy?. You would think that after 25years married I would know right?. Now remove your mind from the gutter and think cars! Yep the Hellenic Motor Museum. As I wouldn't do justice to the experience I'll let Andrew tell the story.
We'll don't I feel ripped off, not a purple Valiant or E Class Merc in sight! Once I got over this shock, I was able to absorb the ecclectic collection of cars spread over three floors housed in a building that was a feature in itself. I won't bore you with too many details, other to say we had the museum to ourselves, along with a few staff who were rearranging cars. Though as the only visitors we were soon forgotten about as some peanut turned the lights off in the place. Maybe it was to set a mood, me, beautiful cars, alone, where were the dulcet tones of Barry White?
Highlights for me were the Alfa's, Lancias, Jaguars, Borgwards, Issotta Rivoltas, and of course the Ferrari'. A great couple of hours and worth the train ride. Some happy snaps for your edification.....
